Job Description

Product Manager (OTT)

Location: Singapore

Mediacorp has the widest range of media platforms in Singapore spanning digital, television, radio, and out-of-home media. Its mission is to engage, entertain and enrich audiences.

Mediacorp is seeking a product manager who is passionate about delivering innovative products and services to join its Digital Group.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in working with designers, developers, stakeholders and business owners. The candidate will be analytical, solutions-focused, and able to execute product initiatives across multiple business units simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders in driving the product roadmap
  • Work with UX, product engineering and service delivery leads in developing and execute product plans
  • Work with digital sales head and business owner to develop digital monetization opportunities
  • Identifying ongoing product enhancement opportunities in order to help grow reach and engagement
  • The creation of business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insights
  • Acting as project lead for specific roadmap items
  • Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprints
  • Ensuring that requirements are met via constant feedback loops
  • Understanding emerging digital trends and assessing local market impact

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3-5 years of hands-on product management experience. Day-to-day product ownership and ideation
  • Experience in delivering excellent digital products, ideally OTT or OVP related
  • Experience in Agile product management processes
  • Experience launching digital products for tablet, mobile, TV or consumer devices
  • Understanding of market and consumer research and deriving data/research driven consumer insights
  • Strong knowledge of OTT or OVP related technology
  • Familiarity with web technologies
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives with varying schedules simultaneously


Preferably

  • Experience with OTT or OVP products
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, consulting or related fields
  • Understanding of User Centered Design or Design Thinking concepts and workflows
  • Experienced with business intelligence and analytics
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
