Internship - Human Resource

Location: Income Centre


As an intern with Human Resources – Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L), you will work closely with the business functions and through the L&D angle. You will be exposed to real projects with key deliverables, which adds value and impact to the organization.

You will also be exposed to the key functions within Human Resources and see your concepts learnt in school come alive in the working environment. You will be challenged to perform and deliver real learning solutions to the changing business needs.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to eLearning, facilitation and delivery of stand-up training, creation and review of curriculum development and learning design. Your learning is limited only by your energy and inquisitiveness.

Everything you do will add value to Income and your own personal and professional development.Responsibilities include: 

  • Content creation of new Leadership and Staff modules; eLearning modules; and Induction Programme

  • Drive adoption rate of mobile learning solution through campaigns and emailers

  • Participate in process review of Learning Needs Analysis cycle


As an intern in the team, you will be reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. You will have an opportunity to engage in full recruiting life-cycle activities, from candidate pool sourcing, interview coordination, assessment phase, to on-boarding. 

You can also apply your skills and aptitude to suggest improvements to our existing processes and systems. This is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team.


Key responsibilities include:   

  • Build candidate pipelines for junior roles through various channels

  • Assist in interview coordination and vetting of candidates’ documents

  • Perform regulatory reference checks for potential new hires

  • Apply analytical skills to study performance metrics and prepare team reports

  • Assist with the execution of process improvement projects

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned  


  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources-related discipline
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan activities required to achieve results. Create timelines inclusive of all work units involved in projects.
  • Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
